Appleton Village Chippy is now under new management! I had dinner here tonight for Sunday dinner and all I can say is that my friends, you must try it! The meats are amazing - from lamb to pork to chicken and gammon. The roast carrots were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful and delicious fish and chips. the fish is fresh every day and one of the cheapest in the city. the service is great. the waiting queue outside is a very good indicator for its popularity.

We called in to Antro's for our tea. First time we have been here and will not hesitate to return should we be in this area . In fact why not make a special trip. All the staff were polite and excellent hygiene is maintained throughout. The premises were also immaculately turned out. Our food was piping hot and beautifuly cooked and social distancing was in force and being adhered to. For the record we had Fish chips mushy peas and curry x1 and fish chips mushy peas and gravy x1 . Highly recommended.
