Literally gave us only cheeseburgers and not what we ordered (the #5 and #6. Didn't go back to complain, but always check your food before leaving from now on.They also can't help Spanish-speaking people's orders. View all feedback.
Manager was rude and the store was disgusting with ice cream everywhere. Saw a kid with ice cream all on his forearm.

The ice cream is literally the best but the food is literally so gross. braums please just stick to ice cream ??
Options were super limited and couldn’t get what we drove here for. What we did get was good. There are bugs in their fluorescents, floors are sticky, all vents in the restaurant are so dusty, the staff was kind minus one gal who kept cutting people off and bossing them around and serving with no gloves on while everyone else had gloves. Wouldn’t come back because of cleanliness and lack of ice cream options. Maybe this happened because they are remodeling, but there was no sign saying that they are remodeling, and options will be limited.
