Arby's - Haltom City

Don't go here on Sunday.. worst service! Rude. Telling me the customer lying over a sandwich.. I'm furious!! Never coming here on weekend.. young lady said she was a manager she was so disrespectful

Got our order wrong order two gGyros we got home had two turkey sandwiches had to order at drive thru tried calling phone number would not go thru if you go here before you leave check your order

Jan 2023 gave 3 stars. Great order of Crinkle Fries was hot. Spicy Roast Beef was at best room temperature. Had to show little diced jalapeño on sandwich, so I can ask more without being charged. Overall sandwich was not Spicy as advertised ND room temperature best. While waiting for food, I heard that the drive thru customers came by their Roast Beef Sandwich was cold, although the Gyro and Fries was hot. 20 Sept. 2022 gave 5 stars. Food was hot and taste great.

This place never has one of the menu elements that I'm looking for, like the turkey gyro or frying slide, every time I try to order here, the person in the window says, we accept only cash, I can say that they don't want to work and I have no idea how they are in business, I do not recommend these arbys at all. Worst

I wanted to go home. Asked for a beef n Cheddar with extra cheese. I have a pure beef without cheese. So pissed bc it was thrown away as I can only eat Arby's bc it comes with cheese, otherwise it's rough. It won't be here.
