Cheung Hing Chinese - HALLS HEAD

I must of came here on a bad night maybe, heard the honey chicken was the best in town but all i tasted was dough inside the lemon chicken was too tough dry to eat, I'm giving this establishment a 2 stars because the sizzling beef beef chop suey was amazing.

Best Chinese ive ever eaten, actually large pieces of meat instead of hearty little pieces like other Chinese restaraunts. Amazing honey chicken and lemon duck, as well as everything else. Very recommended, we travel half an hour to get it.

Personally, I have recently moved to Halls Head in October 2022, and this resturant is only a new find in the area this week by chance, andwe have have eaten there twice in one week. Takeaway and dine in. Freshness or eating in was exceptional, as not with all resturants do this, however, the food was delivered immediately it has completed being prepared rather than waiting for both me and my wife being finished a course of food. Results of this meant that the food was instaly delivered piping hot to your table, only seconds ater being prepared. Food experience overall was just superb.

Were in Mandurah for a night. Felt like some Chinese tried to see the neareast ... food was ok. The salt pepper squid tasted old and tough like freezer burnt but the batter was good with not enough pepper or chilli. The Chicken fried rices was diced chicken with partly cooked onion, but the little girl liked it. Maybe next time we will try the competition.

Ordered chineses vegetables with oyster sauce. Note its vegetables ... not vegetable. Got home opened up the container to see bokchoi only. No other veg. The taste was worse than horrible. Any other chinese place I've had chinese veg with oyster sauce there is a good mix of chinese vegies. Won't be buying anymore from that particular chinese shop. Yuck
