Restaurant Caruso is an Italian on the ground floor of the five-star hotel to the red horse. In contrast to this environment, prices are absolutely fine. The quality of the food deserves the five stars. The selection of dishes is not so large, but for this the portions are huge and the ingredients are all fresh and extremely delicious. Very stylish Italian restaurant on the upper boulevard in Halle (Saale), right next to the Kempinski Hotel Rotes Ross, moderate prices, very good value for money [here link]
