The place is good but the AC is bad and it so hot I when to talk to them they said they set it up and they can’t change it I mean it’s my room I don’t want it hot and outside is hot the afternoon I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it View all feedback.
The hotel is far outside. The shuttle bus service is a disaster, we waited 1h at the bus stop around airport. Only when I called the hotel came the shuttle. Food was tasted. Rooms are quite small, but clean and practical. The service was very nice.
Currently, the hotel is an absolute puree. At the moment there is no staff to offer lunch and dinner and to occupy the bar. Recommendation to the hotel's management, just two people from the reception for the bar. I've seen some people who liked to take something at the bar when I was sitting here. Bad problem management. In addition, the room is currently far too expensive if you don't get any or such bad service.
Reserved the 9am shuttle bus to munich airport while checking in, and therefore had a voucher shown my room number, name and dept. time in detail. However, the front desk manager was very rudely to reject me getting on the car in the morning when I checked out. And ask me to take another one 30mins later with simply words “I don’t know why they put you at 9am cuz it’s too full at 9am”. She’s not even explained but more like an excuse to say “it’s non of my business, and you could just take it”. I’m very disappointed about their poor management and unwilling to communicate with customers “politely”. Would never recommend business travelers to stay at there only if you could be able to ask lufthansa to wait you 30mins later to takeoff.
Very chic and modern. I loved the living room decor and piano. The rooms are s bit small, but clean and fun. Service from entire staff was very nice!
Hello, I was checked into your hotel from Monday to Tuesday due to a deleted flight. Pros: very friendly and accommodating staff at the reception nice, clean and also quite spacious rooms Negative: (especially at 10 degrees outside temperature): there was only a radiator in the bathroom and otherwise the room was not heatable and very cold. Accordingly, I slept the night in the sweater. contrary to the announcement at the Lufthansa Service Center that there would be a takeaway breakfast, extra minicroissants and coffee from the vending machine for early starters were not provided for breakfast (also not to take away). Since you are ordered relatively early before the departure to the airport and then you have more than two hours on site, it would be very practical. Both negative points should be solved with appropriate use and planning.
