I usually buy their stuffed juices from luminate wellness co in bedford. emmeline (blue-green algae, ananas, ingwer, lemon) is my favorite jewelry, but I tend to go for more health benefits for something more sweet. if they like green juices, they will be these (they also have other non-green sweet juices and nut milk). they are a bit expensive for a drink, but I get them for a healthier thing!

I wanted to look at the sprout therapy since it opened and I finally got the chance after winning a 3 juice on instagram. the business is located in almon street, right next to the almonak, is clean and very eye to catch from outside. I love her sweet little apple mascot sitting on the brick outside. they have a good size space for a juice and it is light and welcoming inside. they have two large coolers with a series of delicious juices to choose from. they also sell energy balls, including a vegan sort. the girl worked very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I have chosen froyde, holiday fast and apple cider. they also make fresh smoothies and offer plant-based milk as option. I really enjoyed how fresh and pure the juices were. the aromen were rich and refreshing. froyde and the apple cider were my favorite. if they are looking for a healthy cold pressed juice, this is a great place to go!
