What Larson Productions doesn't like about Fire Ice Smokehouse Creamery:
There is a reason Google maps only has it as creamery. The bbq is slow and dry. 25 min slow to get take out and very dry. May have been left over from the Holliday weekend. Or last week. Sauces are all the same base. Sweet with spice. Sweet with garlic. Sweet with sweet. And a random Alabama white sauce. Corn bread is good. Patatoe salad is better then average. Their Smoked Pork Belly Sandwich is great! The bacon jam is sweet, which pairs perfectly with the smoked meat and bacon. Portion size is spot on. The building is set up nicely and very clean. Their ice cream is also quite good with several options to enjoy! View all feedback.

The food is amazing regardless of what you get, but make sure you save room for their ice cream or at least get some to go because it is the best around
