I believe that the staff should wear name tags, and the card machine needs to be fixed as it is consistently out of order. The customer service is terrible!!! I go to this place every Friday with my best friend to buy icecream. This time I went the icecream tasted rancid (spoiled) and they refused to change the flavour or provide a refund, saying its managements policy. Take my advice, go to Devon House.
Worst customer service I've ever had at the Branch in New Kingston Tonight 1.27.2018 due to my 6 year old child having a hard time to pick an icecream flavor I was advised to hurry up and stop waste their time. I've never felt so humiliated ever. Something needs to be done.
