I tried the fish and shrimp tacos at this restaurant. Both were delicious, but I preferred the shrimp. The super burrito with al pastor was also very good. If you are dining here, make sure to ask for chips. The chips remind me of Tostitos brand, they are crispy but a bit too thin for the chunky salsa. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taqueria Tres Amigos:
The food was delicious with excellent flavors, and the churros are a must-try! We arrived at 4:30 am and the chips were stale, with no fresh ones available. Our table was sticky, and even after we asked for it to be wiped down, there was still residue left behind. We had to make a makeshift tablecloth with napkins. Despite these issues, I would still return for the churros. View all feedback.
This place was a favorite place to eat 20 years ago. I'm sorry to say how far they fell. only not the same. as chef I know good aromes and the difference between authentic and just try. it hurts my soul to say that, but I will not go back.
Amazing Mexican restaurant in HMB; the Pico (unlimited and free) here is absolutely amazing. The grilled shrimp and langua were stunning.
We stopped here for lunch on 31st Dec. It was crowded that day but their service was fast. Classic Mexican food joint with all kinds of options.I tried shrimp rice bowl and enjoyed it. They give free chips and salsa while you wait for your food.A good place to try if you are in half moon bay area and want to try Mexican!
Nice, small restaurant with outdoor seating and a neat chips and salsa bar. Fresh squeezed juice available but it is pricey. Nachos were crammed into a small container and the sour cream was too soupy:/Food was good.
I went in there expecting a regular format restaurant but it is actually a modified fast food place for Mexican food. I use the words modified fast food place because orders are taken and filled at the counter and it's fast. But the food is good quality and based on my numerous Mexico visits, it's traditional. I was a bit surprised by its good quality. It's a go-to place for locals. Dine-in is permitted, the place is clean and parking is easy.
