Reviews - Panda Express
Reviews summary
Patrons of this Asian fast-food establishment express a range of experiences, with service quality fluctuating significantly. While some diners report friendly staff and swift service, others share frustrating waits and unhelpful interactions. Menu items like the walnut shrimp receive praise for their flavor, but criticisms emerge around the tender quality of meats and the heavy saltiness of dishes, notably the teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken, in particular, disappoints many with its overly sweet sauce and unappealing texture. Despite its appealing prices and convenience, diners suggest exploring alternatives for better quality and taste.

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. I stood in a long line only to be met with rudeness and made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. I ultimately decided to leave without ordering. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
I absolutely love Panda Express, and this location is no exception! They serve delicious food, provide generous portions, and deliver excellent service.
The first time going to Panda Express in a long time. The restaurant did not disappoint. Although they should probably get the door handle fixed.
We ordered walnut shrimp, chicken green beans, fried rice, terriaki chicken, and mixed vegetables. We and 2 other customers had to wait 10 minutes for the terriaki chicken, which appears to be their most popular dish (they had 2 containers that were both empty). So the manager could do more to plan ahead. But, overall, the food was delicious. I especially liked the walnut shrimp.
I decided to get dinner here figuring that I would be getting most food for the price compared to other places nearby. The workers were nice and I got my food quick! However on my visit there were no napkins and there wasn't enough of the cashew chicken ready for a full serving. The new cashew chicken was great though. I also tried the popular orange chicken but it was the absolute worst orange chicken I'd ever eaten before: the sauce too sweet and too tangy whilst also having the frozen mushy processed chicken' texture. If this is what it tastes like at all Panda Express, I'm judging everyone who likes their orange chicken. All in all, Panda Express is convenient and the service employees were excellent for the short time I had to interact with them. But I find that similar Asian style places in mall food court are likely to have better tasting and higher quality food, especially the orange chicken, for the same price if not less.

This isn't food in the classical sense. It's edible calories with a subtle hint of food-like flavor. There is no discernable texture or flavor. The orange chicken tastes of neither of its titular ingredients. The broccoli in the broccoli beef appears tobe the only thing in the restaurant not congealed together in a factory. Despite this, I will return with my family at somepoint post-apocalypse, as I am certain nothing here can ever spoil as no bacterium or mold would ever eat this either.
Shouldn't be out of selections at dinner time. Went by around 630 and wasn't busy but was out of items and others were emptied out and not being replaced. I would understand but there were only 3 customers with one goin out the door. C'mon man! I gotorange chicken which always seems available.
Workers there are really nice. The lines can get long and the app orders aren't exactly priority. But overall, food is great. They just need to fix their process on who to serve first.
Gotten food from here several times and it's pretty good for what it is, but today the girl working at the cash register who was also working the food line.... Stood right there In full view of customers scratching her braids underneath her cap. Shethen proceeded to start picking her fingernails. Again right there in full view of customers. That is a real turn off when youare picking up your food, And makes me think twice about coming back since if this is done in view of the public, who knows whatthey're doing back in the kitchen.
