I got takeout for dinner, and it cost be... read more The food is absolutely delicious, the staff are friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places! I got takeout for dinner, and it cost between $1 and $10 per person. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the fried rice, dumplings, and wonton soup!

I ached for (good) Chinese food since... read more I was recommended this Fire Wok in a gluten free group as one of the few safe gluten free Chinese restaurants in the DMV. I ached for (good) Chinese food since my celiac diagnosis and it has been so hard to find. Another restaurant closer to me glutened me on about half of my visits. Fire Wok has not glutened me yet after about 10 visits. The food is always so tasty, enjoyable, and quick. Without exaggeration, if I lived in or around Arbutus, I would likely finance the entire restaurant with how often I'd like to order. Unfortunately, I live a ways away and only can get it once every month or two when I visit my friend. I recommended Fire Wok to my friends during a game night and now the group is as likely to bring up ordering as I am because of the quality of the food. It's not just good gluten free Chinese, it's good /and/ can be gluten free. Thank you for many great meals and I'm looking forward to many more orders. I ordered my kung Pao extra spicey, my food wasn't spicey at all and just didn't have any taste, and was very dry. The shrimp toast and egg rolls were the absolute worst I've ever had. I will never order from Fire Wok again. Ithought I would give this place a try but I regret doing so. I'm sorry I didn't stick with American Asian.

If you are gf, not everything on the menu is gf, but gf items are clearly marked. We live 45 minutes away and it'sworth the drive. The family that owns the business is sweet!
