Health Hut Natural Foods

This store is awesome! Admittedly, I can be forgetful, as we are constantly bombarded with other grocery store weekly ads. However, this place is my go-to for supplements and healthy alternatives to soda. There are so many supplement options, it can be a bit overwhelming, but staff are always kind and eager to help. The emphasis on natural preventative health is what has kept me healthy, thus far, and I love that this amazing store is close to my home and part-time job.

Everything you would ever need or want to get and remain healthy! Plus, super friendly employees. And, an Amazon delivery site, too!

I mostly live the low carb life style at this point in my life and I really miss pizza so I stopped over to see if I could find a low carb pizza crust. The place is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside with all kinds of merchandise from supplements to food and everything in between. I didn't explore the store because all I wanted was a low carb pizza crust. To my amazement I found a nice looking oblong artisan looking thin pizza crust with 0 carbohydrates, Jack pot. I'm excited to be able to make a fresh pizza at home again after a year of no real pizzas or throwing the crust away and just eating the toppings. When you factor that my pizza toppings have 0 carbohydrates except about 5 for the low carb sauce and maybe 1 for the amount of Italian sausage the whole pizza is approximately 6 net carbs. I will have to explore the store better for low carb substitutes in the future, I will post pictures of the low carb pizza pre cooked.

I love the Free Life Baha mix its cranberry, sunflower seeds, pineapple, and pumpkin seeds.

Gotta love the people complaining about the staff and patrons not wearing masks.??masks don’t work people, look into it a bit before you start your pontificating…which is based solely on what the tv tells you. This is a very nice store with helpfulemployees.
