They have good food good taste and good location.close to Kathgodam and walk way mall.parking is very limited that too for 2wheelers but u can park in walkable mall near by...must visit for south Indian... service is fine View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about VAANGO:
Sambhar is too pathetic.Uthapam was the worst. i have been to delhi's wango but that was not that bad. and after visiting Sarvana Bhawan in Janpath ,Delhi you won't like south indian dishes anywhere in north India. View all feedback.
Yes purely South Indian Restaurant, Good and tasty food. It's very near to my room. And I like South Indian food very much. Thank you so much to Vangoo management. It's only one South Indian Restaurant in whole city.

The best south indian restaurent in the whole kumaon region. You can rate it stars on any basis like taste,rates,cleanliness and grtst is experimentation. You must try Idli chat, small idli sambhar, utthapam. Great taste.....Vaango...
While driving up or down from Nainital/ Almora, if you are used to stopping in Haldwani/Kathgodam for food, this outlet of Vaango could be counted in as one of the options. Its only minutes away from the other, traditional, exclusive South Indian/ Udupi food...restaurant. Worth giving it a try, but keep your expectations low as this is not as good as any of those Vaangos in Delhi or Mumbai airports. Avoid the vadai. Dosai is okay.
They have very limited menu, dosas served are basic They serve food in plastic plates. Won't recommend.
