Heim Fredrikstad - Halden

We ordered with the delivery of foodora, a homeburger meal and a veggieburger. first off, on the ingredients listed, they did not mention that the homeburgers contain wobbles, we also paid 25nok extra to get speck on the home castle that we do not get. both burgers were completely dirty in taste and did not look out or taste like a 400NOK meal. I have no problem of forgiven mistakes, but we have contacted them before a week in relation to this, but they have not replied. we will never order from there again.

Was satisfied with this visit. good food and beer. chill vaiter. maybe a little to chill? Anyway, he was in good mood.

Overall the atmosphere, eating and service was good until one in our group discovered a piece of plastic in their food; about 5cm long. Of course this can happen, we are all human, but it was the total lack of customer service in...responds to the mistake that was regrettable. we told the waitress what had happened and showed her. she said: “oh his probably only onion.” then she said, “it must be plastic from the burger packaging”. To date, this was an acceptable service. after this comment there was nothing; no apologies, no commentary about the knowledge of the kitchen, no visit by another employee, nothing. in this case very low.

11 people. most of us had burgers, but also the cheese plate was wonderful. the burgers were perfectly grilled, pommes were good and the service was excellent. come back.

Went for a Heim Burger and a whiskey sour. Food and drink came rapidly although service was a bit slow when I came in. Understandable since Friday is a busy night. The burger was amazing, juicy and with toasted buns. Best burger I've had. The...cocktail was as it should be! Heim is a small franchise with some location and this one delivers as strongly as the flagship in in Lillehammer!
