Burger King - Halden

When this restaurant first opened, I ordered multiple times and nearly every order was incomplete. As a result, I stopped ordering from there. After taking a break for over a year, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my order of 5 sets was messed up again. I didn't receive all of the items I had ordered. After this experience, I would rather go to McDonald's.

While we were eating, we noticed that no one was cleaning the tables where children were just hanging out and not eating. Some of the other tables were also dirty.

I received the incorrect food and was then asked to go to the back of the line to get it fixed. This kind of service is what I consider to be very poor. Overall, the takeout meal I had was rated a 3 in terms of food quality, while the service and atmosphere were both given a 1.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The staff member was constantly on the phone and it took 30 minutes to receive two soft serve ice creams with sprinkles and a pancake meal. I have encountered missing orders multiple times at this restaurant. It is very disappointing to come home and realize this. I will not be returning to Burger King. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
