We had family dinner at Gondhali, and the experience was dreadful. We had to wait for 30 minutes, following which they served chicken thali instead of mutton, which they later replaced, but the food was not acceptable. The food was absolutely terrible and it was clear that the owner was only concerned about making a profit, rather than providing quality food. Firstly, the food was not at all fresh. It seemed like it had been sitting out for hours before it was served to us. The vegetables were limp and the meat was dry and overcooked. It was evident that the ingredients used were not of good quality. Moreover, the taste of the food was bland and unappetizing. It lacked any kind of flavor and was a disappointment in every sense. It was evident that the chef did not put any effort into preparing the dishes. It was a shame to see such a waste of ingredients and potential.
