函館駅から徒歩5分ほどの大門横丁という屋台村の中にあるお店。 函館市南茅部の網元直営店です。 カウンターのみ6～7人で満席となるこじんまりとした感じ。 丁寧な接客で、... read more 函館駅から徒歩5分ほどの大門横丁という屋台村の中にあるお店。 函館市南茅部の網元直営店です。 カウンターのみ6～7人で満席となるこじんまりとした感じ。 丁寧な接客で、網元らしい魚主体の美味しい料理を提供してくれます。 びっくりしたのは、南茅部特産の幅広昆布をそのまま焼いた物。肉厚でパリパリながら噛み締めると非常に味わい深く日本酒が進みました。 後は、ホッケの煮付け。フライと干物は経験済みでしたが、煮付けがこれ程旨いとは・・ 4人での利用でしたが、はしご酒をする予定だったので短時間で店を出ましたが、注文した物はすべて美味しかったです。
