It is very small place but very cozy. Make sure you call before you come here. They are very friendly. The lamb is so good. My favorites were raw lamb, miso flavor lamb and seared lamb. The meat was tender and lamb flavor is not too strong. Indefinitely recommend if you come to this area. This lamb BBQ is one of famous in Hokkaido.
Basically a lamb hotpot style restaurant. You cook the lamb slices and veggies that you order right in front of you. Its a small family owned restaurant which is great because the quality and food is top notch. They were super kind and explained every single question we had. The lamb was delicious and so were the vegetables, especially the shiitake mushrooms and bean sprouts. Oh, you must order the heavy vegetables with the lamb order as part of a service fee, then add any other vegetable sides as you want. I recommend getting the radish or garlic condiment for your sauce, or even mix both! Price is very fair for the food quality, expect to pay around $20 including a drink. Easy to find, right on a main street.
I went to the shop with one person at the same time. I had fun talking with the shop and the regulars, and I had a lot of information. It is a shop where even one person can enter safely.
I love this kind of small store by couple, full of Japanese family feelings...
Nice environment and nice food, so good that ppl are easy to drink a lot
