Gyu-kaku - Hakodate

I would like to drink cold beer. お肉は普通に牛角。スタッフさんはきちんとした対応をしてくれる人が多い。残念なのはどこの牛角もだけど、アルコールのグラスがぬるい。だから飲み物、特に氷が入っていないビールなんかは劇的にぬるくてまずく感じる。冷たいビールが飲みたいなと思います。

牛タン凍ったままでてくるし、肉はパサパサしてるし、そもそもの問題。接客などは満足いきました。ただ接客を目的に着ているのじゃなくてお肉を食べに来ているのでまず食べれる味のものを出してほしいと思った。中高生とかバカ舌な大人はうまいうまいってなんでも食うかもしれんけど、ちゃんとした肉食べたことある人はあんな肉もどきなもの食べれない。 食べ放題をしましたが最初以外じゃがいもやポテトしか食べませんでした。
