Despite having good food quality and decor, I have found them to be irresponsible when it comes to customer orders. This has happened to me more than twice and I believe they need to be more responsible towards their customers. Overall, the restaurant is nice and cozy, but I hope they can improve and make some changes.

The people who take orders were good but the people who assign them to serve specific table lack experience in service management.
