The drinks are good and i love the space. It would be better if the employee work faster but they are fine, honestly.

The service is excellent! The staff is very helpful. However it seems as though the company has changed their take away cups and therefore affected the flavor of one of my favorite drinks! I absolutely love the black tea macchiato. The best way to consume the black tea macchiato is through the takeaway cup with a hole on top. You can get a perfect combination of both cream topping and tea when you drink through that spout. However drinking this drink through a straw just as not the same and does not have the same flavor nor the same mouth feel I feel as though I will never be able to enjoy another one of those black tea macchiatos again. And I understand I can drink it through a glass but that is still not the same ratio of cream topping to tea. I'm very saddened by this change made by the main office. I'm sure it was motivated by Saving money but it seems as though now they have lost my money.
