Mcdonald's - Haines City

Absolutely undercooked nuggets! Seriously? On top of the long wait tonight (October 14, 2023) at 11:30 PM, we received undercooked food, and the bread for the crispy deluxe sandwich was hard. The tomatoes were overripe, and I got Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. I'm not sure what happened, but it was a complete disaster. I used to visit this restaurant every weekend, but this will be my last visit. Very disappointed! Food rating: 1.

Visited today on our way to Bok Tower Gardens. Location is convenient, just off of Hwy 27 in Haines City. We entered the drive through around 11:40 am and placed our order relatively easy. It then took around 15 minutes to get through the line. No explanation, no apology from staff at the window, with the pick up window remaining open the entire time. The food was fine, packaged properly, order correct just a time-consuming stop, with no acknowledgement.
