The chopped romaine was fine, but the dressing was disappointing, and the croutons were both stale and oversized, making them difficult to chew. The cheese bits were also stale and too thick, almost like chewing gum. To top it off, there were no anchovies included. The dressing tasted more like a store-bought creamy Caesar than an authentic recipe. Given that the salad cost $13 for a modest portion, I can't justify returning for a meal.
