This little gem has the best gluten free breakfast options in Hailey! We stopped by for coffee on our last day in Hailey. And we were pleasantly surprised to find an array of gluten free breakfast options available. We read that Three Peas gluten free baked goods could be found at certain coffee shops. And we visited one of those shops (Java) but it had none. Three Peas wasn’t listed but it was a treasure trove of gf baked goods. The coffee was delicious! And the pastries were amazing. The gluten free quiche was so perfect. If you’re in town and in need of gluten free food with great coffee, then seek out this gem! Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options! Kid-friendliness: Very busy place that is not really kid-friendly inside but super kid friendly outside.
Had an everything bagel with egg sausage and cream cheese. It was excellent! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.
The coffee is fantastic, and there's a wide variety of food and pastries to choose from. The atmosphere is wonderful, and it appears to be a popular gathering place for locals, but everyone is incredibly welcoming!
I wish they were open on Sunday mornings!
This is a must whether you are visiting or living here in Sun Valley. Hands down the best coffee and food! They use farm fresh eggs from a local chicken farm and you absolutely taste the difference. The outside seating is perfect to soak up some sun while downing your favorite brew!
