I always like the food very much, the portions are reasonable and the value for money is great. But… I won't come anymore as soon as I see Erika (an older lady) on site. She is completely unpleasant and completely overwhelmed. Having a serious conversation with her and giving a curt answer is simply impossible. I don't even have any special requests and behave politely towards the lady. Yesterday I was there, there was another gentleman there besides me. I ordered a portion of currywurst with fries, then they initially said it would take 10-15 minutes, that's not a problem at first, so I sat down and waited at least 10 minutes and went there to (pay), Again she said very rudely, it's not finished yet. For another 5 minutes more and more people came and they got their food. So I went back to the front to ask if the food was ready. She told me cheekily and very rudely that I hadn't ordered anything and that I should stand behind the other 5-7 people. Just a cheek, so I went away and got a kebab, where I was greeted warmly and got a kebab very quickly. All in all, this woman should be terminated IMMEDIATELY, I think it's unfortunately due to the lack of other resources. I would still prefer a day of rest than seeing this woman. I can't complain about the other ladies at all.
