They were knowledgeable about what gluten-free meant and were happy to assist with ordering. The sushi was both delicious and fresh. The server even brought me gluten-free soy and teriyaki sauces. Although there wasn't an updated gluten-free menu in English and I accidentally ordered an item that was no longer available, it was not a problem at all. Overall, the dining experience was excellent.
