With the cave I've ever had kosher meat, this is by far the best steak I've ever had. I came with my wife and together we ordered the chickens empinadas, the soup of the day, and the mixed meat for 2. I was worried that the price was a bit high, but with every bite I confirmed it was absolutely worth the price. Everything was phenomenal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Gaucho Haifa:
This is a South American cuisine restaurant. Cons: it's located on a neglected basement that is not inviting at all. Parking is an issue. It was empty on a Friday at noon. The terrace is not covered, no sun umbrellas. Only one beer on draft. Not cheap but not really expansive (for Israel . Pros: except a few buses it's not noisy. Good prices. Many meat, well prepared, good service, good ac, the roundabouts of the restaurant are terrible, dirty, abandoned, you must go the part outside the street to the restaraurants. Beer cold, vegetables on grill super made, garlic in oil super. Potatoes and Batata Chips Excellent
Used to serve the best meat, no longer. Easy too expensive, but still one of the good restaurants in Haifa. On the other hand, the view makes the whole experience unforgettable.
The portions are big, including the complimentary side dishes, the service is very good and the location is amazing. Most of the food is of great quality, however, I felt that some of the dishes could have been a little better. The salad was bland, and the bread a bit gooey, however, these are minor nuances. Overall very good, and definitely recommended.
Food was delicious. Although the meat was well when we asked for medium. Wasn't so busy so the atmosphere felt slow. But restraunt is comfortable and felt welcoming and nice. Menu was in English, Russian, French, and Spanish
