The worst experience ever. Lousy service, extremely expenses prices. The staff is drunk and smoking weed in public. The owner touchy feely, extreme yuck.This is the worst experience I ever had in Israel. Absolutely disgusting View all feedback. What User likes about Balcon Bistro:
This café was a beautiful place for lunch. We ordered two deers and two salads. I don't recommend the Ribeye Steak at all. But everything was presented so beautifully that the quality of beef at the end was not much. The salmon of my wife and my wife's salads were excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxed and western. Big meals, decent quality in the best area of Haifa. Also the waiter was super friendly so I definitely recommend this place.
