What User likes about Karl's German Coffee Shop:
Hahndorf has become very commercial and there is a proliferation of options for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We made a great choice. The ambience is traditional German, the food on offer was all excellent and the beverages piping hot and tasty. As a bonus, the owner does the rounds checking all is good and will engage tourists in lively conversation. A very pleasant place to stop and refresh. View all feedback. The food is ok, the prices are high and the service is slow. Not somewhere we would hurry back to given that there are some really great little restaurants and cafes in Hahndorf. View all feedback.

Decoration is beyond anything, you have to see!! The cakes weren't bad either and some definitely German (more German than Otto's bakery).
