Sitting on the terrace behind the building, it's in a quiet and beautiful plant that I could enjoy my meal. for a menu at 32€, we had entry - dish - dessert, see the pictures. by remaining as objective as possible, I could never have as much fun as well as visual. The value of the price is undoubtedly the best I could have. the general presentation is as careful as the layout and harmony of colors in the plate. the staff is coming, listening and professional. the talented Roman chef is creative and works only with fresh products, refined and qualitative ingredients, even from his own garden. with multiple experiences within several renowned establishments such as the white horse in lembach or the crocodile in srasburg, (to name only those,) it is an explosion of flavors that I found in my plate thanks to Roman and his team. a real gastronomic for all lovers of beautiful
Beautiful room, original dishes, beautiful fish proposals, correct prices regarding menus, slow service and distract.
A first time very positive in this restaurant discovered randomly on the canvas. a varied map with for once more fish than meats what changes and it is a!the frame is pleasant and the serious staff. attention you will have to at least choose flat or flat entrance for a flat rate. desserts are made home and are not on the map it is surprising and nice! the wine list is top! large and beautiful selection of wines with glass or 1/4 and 1/2 ! no false note ! we will return with pleasure
We were very satisfied with our meal ... amuse-bouche, salmon tartare, basil sorbet, yellow chicken, strawberry charlotte, with excellent wines in accompaniment .un chardonnay viognier 2015 miquel father and son superb .un sans-faute in a pleasant setting, and a service of very friendly quality to recommend without hesitation,
And having a vegetarian, restaurants tend to easily adapt, that one to just remove meats and fish to give me only the accompaniments, for a restaurant that says "high-end" is pretty pitiful. Obviously the price is the same.When the boss comes to see you to tell you that she understood that you were a vegetarian and that she asks you if you eat fish, there is already a problem. And if you dare to enlighten her on what a vegetarian is, then she goes in and responds in a very haughty way "Yes well I finally know not between vegetarian and vegan we understand nothing". I think the client is me and the reaction and attitude are very moved. and remarks in this kind between it and the servers there have been 4-5.Already there, even if the meal is extraordinary, the average is certainly not reached.When you are vegetarian and you are served a dish revisited for you and the base of potato is made with pieces of bacon. The kitchen was pretty good if you remove the few wolfes. but not the level of a gastro, far from there.The staff is absolutely not at the height of the place and allows for a lot of familiarity with the customer.
