Valley Mall Family Diner - Hagerstown

The breakfast was excellent. If it had been served on hot plates, the food would have stayed warmer for a bit longer. The service was very friendly, and the portion sizes were generous.

Loaf Beef is a great spot for breakfast, and the waiter was professional and friendly. It's an excellent place to dine. Food: 5/5.

My husband ordered a Reuben panini, which came on a roll instead of grilled bread. I ordered a Greek gyro, which the menu claimed came with homemade tzatziki, but it was just clumps of plain sour cream. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Today was our first time visiting and while the food was delicious, other areas were rocky. I ordered the honey dipped chicken and the pieces were crazy small for the price. The one was almost a chicken nugget with a bone in it. I had no clue what part of the chicken it really was. What I thought was a thigh was actually white meat, it was so tiny. The leg was the size of my thumb. I was also given a small side salad (I guess? But no dressing to go with it. We were never offered refills. Our waitress was running around like she had no clue what she was supposed to do, while the other waitress was picking up the slack cleaning and helping customers. The other waitress even took our dirty plates. We liked the food, but may give it a few months before we try to come back.

Had pick up breakfast. Great and was hit. The Florentine Benedict was great and so we're the potatoes.Food: 4/5
