The Krab Joint - Hagerstown

I visited the Krab Joint a few weeks ago, and I must say it's a fantastic addition to Hagerstown! I've tried crab legs at various places, but none have compared to what this restaurant offers. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the broth/sauce was amazing—it truly enhanced the flavor of the crabs! I've never experienced anything quite like it elsewhere. The crab bisque was equally delicious. The eggs that accompanied the steam pot were so tasty; I could have easily eaten a dozen! I also brought my 2-year-old with me, and the staff were wonderful with him. I wish this business all the success in the world, especially during these challenging times!

The food is quite good, but getting in touch with them is almost impossible. I’m intrigued by the other reviews and how those customers managed to place their orders. The one time I successfully ordered (I called their number, they answered, and took my order), it now seems like the only way to reach them is through Facebook. They don’t even respond the same day, let alone provide a reasonable explanation for their lack of service. It seems that customer service and attracting new clients aren’t a priority for them in 2021.

We ordered our food to go and got the Seafood Alfredo, a boil pan, two extra clusters, and the crab dip with chips. I can't wait to order again! The food was hot and absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the service was fantastic. Five stars! Thank you!
