Taco Bell - Hagerstown

The drive-thru service was unacceptably slow, taking nearly ten minutes to move through just two cars in front of us. We then had to wait an additional three to four minutes to place our order through the speaker box. However, once we received our food, we were pleased to find that our order was correct, which is not always the case at Taco Bell.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was nobody at the counter to take our order. We asked the person assembling food if we needed to use the kiosk, and he assured us that someone would be available. We later found the employee at the drive-thru, hunched over in a corner texting on their phone. After we finished our meal, she loudly asked if we had received our food. I was tempted to reply that we did, but not from her. The cook eventually brought out our order and called our name. To our surprise, the employee was back in the corner texting again.

Worthless incompetent staff. You will stand at the counter for eternity and nobody will acknowledge you until you turn around and walk out. While the busted girls at the drive thru with their fake nails and fake foot long eyelashes Chat on theircellphones.

I have never seen such a sweet, kind, and friendly fast food employee before. She was dancing to the music and laughing as she worked. After the rush died down, she sat down and listened to the stories of the elderly ladies in the dining area.

Every time I try to go to this restaurant after 9:59pm they are closed. They should be open to at least 1am on a Friday night, but no. This is terrible way to run a business, and the owner should be ashamed of a store being run this poorly.
