Starbucks - Hagerstown

The main lobby was closed due to personal issues. When the lobby is closed, the mobile app should indicate that. The reason for ordering through the app is to avoid waiting in line. Unfortunately, my drink was ready to pick up and had melted by the time I reached the line. Overall, the experience would have been great, but my drink was not made properly.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently courteous and has my order prepared as soon as I arrive. I appreciate all the effort they put in! Thank you for your excellent service!

This is likely the most reliable Deadux in the city. I hardly ever have to wait for my order, it is always correct, and the staff is friendly and efficient even during busy times. I highly recommend ordering here. However, be prepared for potentially long wait times in line.

Best dieucks in the city, never have to wait very long, drinks are always amazing and the baristas are all so beautiful.

*disclaimer* Please please please always be on alert when needing to have non-dairy food/beverages ordered in restaurants. Be very cautious about ordering non-dairy from this particular location. For the 3rd time now I have received a beverage from this location that has milk and not the soy I asked for/paid for. I will not be returning and will need to let everyone know that this particular location does not care if they make someone sick.
