Come t... read more Ordered before hand on the mobile app and the food took over 20 minutes to come as I watched people come and go with the orders they placed at the kiosk. Come to find out, my food has been sitting for over 20-30 minutes in a random area getting all nice and cold. This is now the second time this has happened. Communication and getting orders out is something they definitely struggle with.

I ordered through the app grande tacos, but when I got home and opened the bag all that was in the tacos was refried beans. I wouldn't leave a lousy review on just a one-time thing. This type of thing has been happening way too often now. Where's the attention to detail and quality control? IF I decide to continue to purchase food from Sheetz I will be checking the food before I leave the parking lot.

When I arrived and pai... read more I typically rate Sheetz five stars, but my experience tonight was very frustrating. I ordered a burger at 9:51 PM for pickup at 10:10 PM. When I arrived and paid for my food, I also bought cigarettes and coffee at 10:12 PM. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached the register to ask for a refund. To my surprise, an employee claimed I hadn't paid for the food, even though I had already done so. They did process the refund for the burger, and I instructed them to dispose of it—I wouldn’t eat a burger that had been sitting there for so long. I'm really disappointed with the night staff at Sheetz, and I won't be returning for now. Just to clarify, I'm a regular at this location. I adjusted my rating from two stars to three, but only because they have provided better service in the past. I also want to highlight their recent remodel; they did an excellent job reorganizing the interior. However, they didn’t address the chaotic parking lot. When it’s busy, which is often the case, navigating through the lot can be quite challenging.
