What Gypsy Life doesn't like about Pizza King:
I have always loved this pizza king but not sure what's changed recently. Two nights ago I ordered a half royal feast half Hawaiian pizza with Xtra cheese and got a meat lovers that to me was sitting out a while, dry and nasty. I ordered half baked bread sticks with ranch and cheese, I got breadsticks so hard I couldn't eat them with cheese and oil,,nasty. Finally, ordered 2 salads with Xtra cheese,,nope haha and the... It's straightforward—you visit a Pizza King restaurant for a specific kind of pizza. In my opinion, the Hagerstown location excels at this! The ambiance has a classic pizza restaurant vibe, and the food consistently tastes great. My father, who is quite particular about pizza, dined here a couple of weeks ago and truly enjoyed it! If you can please him, you know you're on the right track!
Today, there was quite a lunch rush with only a few staff members working, but they handled it exceptionally well. The pizza was delicious and ready for pickup at the promised time. The service was also very friendly. Thank you so much! A few months ago, it was difficult to find a truly authentic Pizza King pizza at this location, so I'm thrilled to see such an improvement! With limited dining options in the community, I'm really grateful to feel good about indulging here again.
I really enjoy visiting this place, especially when Tasha is on shift and Karen is serving. They both ensure that everything is perfect and are incredibly friendly and cheerful.
My family grew up eating at this location and even though we live in Texas now every time we come back to Indiana it is a must have. Thank you Pizza King! We love you.
This Pizza King is an absolute 10/10 compared to some of the other locations I’ve been to. The Royal Feast pizza is delish. I love that all the ingredients are finely chopped because I’m normally not a mushroom fan, but I don’t even notice it. Don’t even get me started on their RANCH dressing
