i drive for doordash. this place is one of my favorite restaurants to get orders from in all of hagerstown. these guys rarely have me waiting more than two or three minutes even if i accept the order while sitting in their parking lot walk in immediately after, and i’ve never had a customer complain about missing/wrong food. definitely my No 1 Chinese Restaurant View all feedback.
What Kelly Verhoeven doesn't like about Number 1 Chinese:
Recently ordered take-out. Ordered egg rolls, a quart of Hot Sour Soup Shrimp with Vegetables. The egg rolls soup were really good but the Shrimp with Vegetables was a big disappointment. There were only 6 Shrimp but they were big so I was ok with that but I ordered extra Vegetables (no pea pods) kudos on the no pea pods. But I didn't get the extra Vegetables. Don't even consider this place! I ordered 4 different meals, what they should have been and what they were was not even close. I truly don't believe that they have any skills or knowledge on how to prepare. I can't even explain what they gave me!
The lunch special is listed at$8.25, add an egg roll $1.85.... they charged me $16.54. When I questioned he acted like he didn't understand me... Buyer beware.
The worst Chinese Food I have ever had Got wings and fries a few months ago was horrible. Try again today orange chicken was ridiculously bad. They do not make the food fresh. If someone gives this place a good review I will take it personal. I cannot be the only one Garbage literally
Food is definitely more on the authentic side and tastes great. Better Chinese restaurant of hagerstown
I called and told them my chicken was not done all the way I asked for well done she wants me to bring the food all the way back I travel to them I just wanted my refund never again
