Service can be very slow at times. You are better off placing an online order or using the Kiosk in the restaurant.Parking: It is a truck stop. The McDonald's is located inside of the Pilot off of Exit 5B View all feedback.

Took way too long to for a simple order would not recommend going
I would give zero if I could this is the worst experience with a McDonald’s I’ve ever had! Always an almost 1 hour wait and had to repeat order back 3 times to the lady at the window very disappointed so much for FAST
It was attached to a gas station called Pilot,I simply walked about 2 feet in McDonald's and right back out.Apparently Google thinks that was enough time to order food,Why am i reviewing Micky D's anyway?WHO DOESNT KNOW THIS PLACE BY NOW?ITS 2023 GOOGLE!!!!!
This McDonald's is probably one of the best in Hagerstown, even though I think most people forget about it since it's attached to the truck stop. The food is always accurate, and hot, and the staff is friendly. They even asked if I wanted my kids' Happy Meals in the same Halloween buckets as to not having them arguing over who got each one!
Idk what's going on but the morning crew is incredibly slow. 5 people waiting for food for more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure what you need to do but the speed for ordering and deliver food has to go up. You only have 1 person working registers and he's it's the same person bagging the food, everyone else in the kitchen is just waiting around.
