The chicken tenders were not fresh, and I received the wrong order. I had to return to the restaurant to get what I actually paid for. They really need more staff to assist customers. Overall, I was let down by KFC. Stale food is definitely not a good image for the brand.
The portion size labeled as "large" is more like a medium, and given the price, it just wasn't worth it.
Food was as good as always is presentation as a delivery product sucked! There was no utensils fans no napkins or straw for my drink. But the worst was the opening of the bag was heat sealed all the way across. Im in a nursing facility and had nothing sharp to cut bag open Had to wait til Aide could get me scissors and then was getting cold Sorry
