Kfc - Hagerstown

I was asked if I wanted sauce, so I inquired about BBQ. However, when I got home, there was none in the bag. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I ordered inside, the staff didn’t seem very attentive. Prawan took my order but was distracted, having conversations with others while trying to help me. When my food was ready, another employee handed it to me, but instead of allowing me to check my order, I was asked to step aside quickly. This was particularly challenging for me due to my mobility issues. When I finally got home, I discovered that my sandwich was missing from the order. I couldn't drive back for the 55-mile trip, and when I called the restaurant for assistance, they didn't respond. As a result, I lost both my food and my money. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

The KFC chicken sandwich is just as delicious as those from Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.

The food here is served hot and ready to enjoy, and it tastes great too!

The chicken tenders were not fresh, and I received the wrong order. I had to return to the restaurant to get what I actually paid for. They really need more staff to assist customers. Overall, I was let down by KFC. Stale food is definitely not a good image for the brand.
