This restaurant only offers basic sandwiches. It was my first time there, and I mentioned to the staff member who took my order that they should have explained the ordering system better, as they were not busy. I ordered a Big John Little John, which was a bit confusing as it turned out to be a sandwich with a smaller size option that I didn't realize would cost extra. Out of all the chain restaurants I've tried, I was surprised by the lack of flavor at this particular one. I have returned a few times to see if anything has improved, but unfortunately, it hasn't. The bread has a nice crunch, but it lacks in taste. It's even missing the mark compared to Subway. View all feedback.

I ordered a tuna sandwich here and the tuna was barely there..i love jimmy johns in general but this location was not great sadly!
