Our first time at the Fireside Restaurant was Sunday. A group of us had reservations for lunch and needed space for a brief business meeting. Accommodations were wonderful. The buffet was out of this world. More choices than I ever imagined. We will eat here again when we're in the area. What Tom M doesn't like about Fireside Lounge:
I'm struggling with the star rating here and the reason I give it two is because most of the food was so salty as to render it nearly inedible. This is a major complaint with many restaurants but this may have been the worst. The service was stellar. Hence, the 2 stars This review refers to the Sunday brunch. View all feedback.
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and found the prices to be reasonable. They offered a wide variety of fresh vegetables and salads at the salad bar. The food arrived quickly, and our waitress, Peyton, was attentive and very helpful. The place was very clean, and the lunch menu was impressive. I will definitely be returning soon!
I was thoroughly impressed with our waiter and the quality of the food. The crab cakes were outstanding. We were seated next to the fireplace, which added to the lovely ambiance.
Sat in the lounge and ordered the bacon wrapped Filet Mignon with roll, my choice of potato (sweet), and vegetable of the day (green beans), also came with free salad bar (only free if you sit in the lounge). Everything was outstanding, steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the bartender took our order and she was amazing! Didn't have any alcoholic beverages but the atmosphere was great and seating comfortable.
My wife and I just came here for our first wedding anniversary we will be back again! Excellent service (very attentive polite), amazing/flavorful food cooked to perfection!! It has a very nice quiet, softly lit atmosphere unlike most noisy restaurants. Awesome awesome place .
Excellent Friendly Customer Service, Waitress was Great and she also was our photographer as well, Food was exceptional. The room was quiet and cozy as we were a table of 12 and able to hear each other. I would not only return for another delightful evening but also recommend the Fireside Restaurant Lounge to anyone for Dinner for two or a large group.
