Evergreen - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Evergreen:
the only vegan options on the menu that I was aware were steamed vegetables and steamed vegetables with tofu, without the sauce. but I don't think another restaurant in this whole city offers steamed vegetables with tofu (at least not without a special request). my wife, who is not strictly vegan, loves her vegetarian chicken dishes. they are stirred with a kind of sauce. but again, these dishes seem quite unique, so... you will think you are going nowhere in the middle, but they are there! They serve fake bun (since, I believe) in several of their dishes, including general tso’s, that was great. the ma po tofu was wet and tasteless, so skip it. take garlauch broccoli instead. View all feedback.
