Dunkin' - Hagerstown

Ordered Avocado Toast but received avocado bread. Advised counter staff, who 'acted ' happy to make another piece but at the same time I overheard her say that I was complaining over nothing and that she was going to make it exactly the same way. Let 's do as little as possible but still expect a customer to pay for sub par food. Unlike her, I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. Toast means that it 's actually toasted to where it has a crunch. If I had staff like that, they would be fired. If you 're going to fake it to make it, then perhaps customer service is not for you. Word of advice, don 't talk loud enough for the customer to hear you or better yet, keep your rude comments to yourself! I 'll spend my money at another location.

The tall Indian man (should be a manager or the owner) is so rude. He has no manners, does not know how to talk to a customer. I do shop here literally every day. There are nice, polite ladies working here in contrast to that rude man.

I decided to stop at Dunkin today because all my coworkers say it's great, but I have to sorely disagree. I paid over $5 for what I thought would be a regular coffee, it was a small coffee that was half full and tasted like burnt chocolate (it was supposed to be caramel). What a terrible value and even worse tasting product. This is gonna be a hard no from me going forward. I will give some stars for the speed of service, but slower service for better coffee would be ideal.

Consistently fast and friendly service. Hands down the best Dunkin location in town.
