Chili's Grill - Hagerstown

In terms of food, this is definitely the best Chili's I’ve ever been to. The service is also excellent. Honestly, if they were to rank all the Chili's locations, this one would easily be in the top 5%.

The food was absolutely delightful! The smokehouse combo was incredibly tasty. The road to the restaurant is also fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs, you might want to reconsider ordering from here. I had a disappointing experience with my takeout order. They shorted me on one of my ribs in a split order, and I didn't realize it until we were back at our hotel. When I called to inform them, I barely received an apology, and my husband even had to pause his dinner to go back for it. The ribs were best enjoyed lukewarm, which was surprising since we arrived 15 minutes early to pick them up—this shouldn't have been a problem. When my husband returned to get the missing rib, there was still no apology from the staff. Additionally, we were supposed to receive free chips and salsa as part of a membership deal, but they were missing from our order. To make matters worse, they forgot to include utensils for us to eat with, even though I specified that on the order. I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again!

I'm really frustrated with them for either shorting my order or messing it up altogether. I've had to call them too many times to fix issues with my orders. This time, I ordered a burger to go, and they only gave me about five fries. They also placed the tip of my bun separately from the burger, just to make the takeout container look fuller.

The ribs were overcooked, burnt, and tough to chew. The fries were hard and cold. I won’t be ordering again; the service was poor, and the food seemed like it had been sitting out for too long.
