What Glen Katusiime doesn't like about Black Rock Hagerstown PRIORITY SEATING:
Service was lousy, Food very overpriced, quality does not match the price point. Scallops were overcooked and rubbery. Shrimp was poor quality and the cook didn’t bother to devein. My dinner companion ordered a mediumrare steak that came out well done. Very disappointed View all feedback.
