About the worst service I 've had... I think ever. They have a order online discount, the order site is super buggy though so it took 4 tried before the order went through. Absolutely 100% certain I chose this location for pick up. The receipt just said sótt í verslun so couldn 't see that the location had changed after í confirmed. I then get an sms saying that my order is ready in Borgartún. At that point I 'm already in Hafnarfjörður so I go in and tell them what happened. They say they can 't to anything since this is not their fault (true enough), I just have to call the office (that is closed) or call Borgartún, but they can 't do that for me though. They also do not have the phone number. I look it up myself and call. They don 't pick up. Their salads are great though, their service however absolutely worst. They should absolutely bug test their online order process better and maybe add a customer service course for their employees?
