What User doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
This place is terrible. It's Dünkin Donuts so you know what to expect with food, it's the same everywhere. But what makes this place so terrible is the staff, they obviously do not want to work, they would rather talk to each other what they do while waiting in line. View all feedback.
This is likely the cleanest and most organized Dunkin' location I've visited at the western fair since I arrived. The coffee was fresh, and the food was well prepared. The service was quick, yet didn't feel rushed.
The last time I visited, I ordered a mint hot chocolate, but the machine was out of order. We waited for 15 minutes while the staff tried to sort it out. Eventually, we received our drinks and headed out, only to discover in the car that instead of fixing the machine, she had just made a coffee with the lid on. So, we ended up leaving with that instead.
I have coffee, but I will not go back there nothing wrong with the public or space just got water on the way back home easy, but I like home coffee better
This is a newly renovated location, it is small but clean. Staff may be incompatible. Most of them do a great job and are very pleasant, but once in awhile I help someone who is not good at all....but usually these people do not stay there for long.
This place is disappointing. It's Dunkin' Donuts, so you know the food will be the same as at any other location. However, what really makes this place awful is the staff. They clearly have no interest in their work and would rather chat with each other while customers are waiting in line.
