He told us that the owner was in finance, had Celiacs, and no place to get good, clean food out. So Goodbeet was born! And THANK YOU for it too! Kale Caesar was fine, a bit overdressed and chickpeas had an overwhelming soy sauce flavor. Good vegan stop, excited to try more of the menu.
