The toppings are... read more I've lived in Clapton for 7 years and never experienced Sodo and I'm kicking myself for it. Hands down the best sourdough pizza I've ever had. The toppings are high quality- I had the Wickerman (pepperoni? with extra cheese (not that it really needed it . It was delicious and the dough has almost a sweet tangy yeast taste which is outstanding. I won't order pizza from anywhere else and will definitely go to the restaurant when I can. Brilliant. Thank you

I ordered a savoury sourdough pizza with Nduja, pepperoni, mascarpone, and scotch Bonne chilly honey to take home, but the pizza had an overwhelming amount of honey drizzled on top that made it inedible. The cold mascarpone placed in the center of the pizza made it impossible to eat in slices, forcing me to remove it altogether. It was a disappointing dinner and I can't understand why some places lose sight of the importance of serving good food.

Sourdig pizza is a good quality healthy pizza. the fact that it takes so long to make, makes them appreciate every bit more. sodo in clapton (and also now in wa... read more Sourdig pizza is a good quality healthy pizza. the fact that it takes so long to make, makes them appreciate every bit more. sodo in clapton (and also now in walthamstow) specializes in it and has been this for many years. the process for sourdough is about four to five days, since yeast is not used and therefore they must let the fermentation happen naturally. the dag is on london and Britain to eat more natural and healthy food and sodo is perfect for it. thin and crispy bases are layered on the tomato base with good ingredients, such as spinach, pancetta and their usual favorites. no ham and pineapple.

The charring on the crust was perfection, as was the consistency of the base, but the flavour combination was unparalleled- classic flavours with flair.
